This is an internal process and must be an inside job. You may be used to feeling a certain way, which may now be a habit, but, you are the thinker of your thoughts and the creator and perpetuator of your emotions.
You can change a habit.
No one can make you feel better but you.
Thoughts create emotions, so think thoughts that create the emotions you want.
Practicing control of your thoughts and emotions will prevent much needless suffering and improve every part of your life.”
